Daniel J. Blanchette, Attorney at Law

I am a criminal defense attorney based in Santa Cruz County. I practice in courts throughout Northern California, and in a variety of fields, with my focus on criminal defense. I represent clients in both misdemeanor and felony cases; I have experience in a broad spectrum of cases, from DUI to homicide.
I have been an adjunct professor at De Anza College since 2014 where I currently teach Civil Litigation and Personal Injury law. Formerly, I taught Contract Law and Ethics at John F. Kennedy University.
I earned a bachelor's degree in English Literature from UC Berkeley, and my doctorate from Golden Gate University School of Law.
I am a solo practice attorney; I pride myself on individualized focus, and attention to detail.

I am also the proud coach of my daughter's youth soccer team.
